At Lens Diary UK, we want you to love your new look, which is why we offer a 14-day return period for all unopened and sealed contact lens products. To ensure hygiene standards, we can only accept returns on items that remain in their original, tamper-evident packaging.

Return Process

  Check Eligibility

  Ensure your contact lens boxes are unopened, seals are intact, and the request is made within 14 days of delivery.

  Contact Support

  Email our customer care team with your order number and reason for return to receive your unique Return Authorization code.

• 3.
  Secure Packaging

  Place the items in a sturdy box or padded envelope to prevent damage during transit, clearly marking your Authorization code on the outside.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Send your package via a tracked postal service to our UK warehouse; once inspected, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
